I'm addicted to the films of late polish film director Krzysztof Kieslowski. He just made deeply human, affecting films that haunt you long after you've seen them. The Double Life Of Veronique is no exception. The film follows two identical women, Weronicka in Poland and Veronique in France. They share personality traits and seem to be aware of each other on some level. Apart from a brief sighting through a bus window in Krakow, they never meet. Both roles are played by Irene Jacob. She's really beautiful and has the ability to display so much emotion without saying a word. Great film.
