Everybody knows quirky indie favourite Ellen Page from Juno, a performance that garnered oscar buzz. But it was her superb turn in Hard Candy the year before that alerted me to her talent. Hard Candy, a psycological thriller about a foutreen year old girl who cleverly traps a sexual predator is a brilliant revenge flick, so tightly wound it's nerve tingling, rent it asap.
